Cancellation Policy

At Run The Dog, routine and reliability matter — for your dog’s happiness and for keeping our pack running smoothly.

To keep things fair and consistent for everyone, here’s how cancellations work:

• Missed Runs
  If your dog misses a scheduled run (due to illness, injury, travel, etc.), the session is still billed. Just like daycare or lessons, your pup’s spot is held exclusively for them each week.

• If We Need to Cancel
  If I need to cancel a run, you’ll receive a full credit or refund for that session — no questions asked.
  This includes cancellations due to:

  • Heavy rain or thunderstorms

  • Extreme heat or cold

  • Unsafe road or trail conditions

  • Personal emergencies or illness

• Quarterly Check-Ins
  We’ll touch base every January, April, July, and October to see if your current schedule still works. Life changes — I’m always happy to adjust where I can!

• Exceptions
  I know life can throw curveballs. If something unexpected comes up — a family emergency, a tough week, or anything else — please don’t hesitate to reach out. I care deeply about the humans behind these pups, and there’s always room for understanding and flexibility when it’s needed.
